I have managed this marina since September 2004 and have had North Shore Contracting involved in both small and large undertakings. Ted has removed abandoned boats from the property, improved drainage for us, preformed the excavation for our new office/ storage building and recently completed the "rip rap" project to prevent erosion of our embankments. All of these tasks were handled professionally and completed within the time frames we required. As general mnanger of this facility I am responsible for all facets of its operation and know that I don't have to look over Ted's shoulder and can concentrate on my daily duties.
